The data collected on our recruitment form are processed to manage the selection and recruitment procedure and their legal basis is the need for processing to carry out precontractual procedures at your request, as well as compliance with the legal obligations applicable in this regard. The data are stored on computers.
To enable us to can carry out the selection and recruitment of new employees, there is a series of minimum data such as identification particulars, information about your academic and professional career, as well as any other information contained in your CV. These data are marked as mandatory with an * (asterisk) on the application form. Any refusal to provide them shall invalidate consideration of your application.
We will be able to transmit your data to entities outsourced for the aforementioned purposes, such as external companies specialised in recruitment processes and our relationship with these outsourced entities is duly set out in contract form, with said entities being required to ensure the suitable protection of your personal data and to comply with their obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation.
